The recycling trailer is in Union until Friday!  Look for the trailer in the Main Street Building lot next to the post office where you can place your recyclable materials without sorting.  Remember, no glass or styrofoam!

The recycling trailer will be in Union every third week.  Please click here for the recycling trailer schedule or stop by the Village Office to pick up a schedule of your own.   Also, there are still individual recycling boxes available at the Village Office or at the ALA Hall you can take home to use to collect your recyclables on a daily basis.

straycatandkittens

In order to help control the increasing feral cat population, as well as the spread of contagious disease, on March 31st volunteers will be trapping 5-7 cats to bring to Hearts United for Animals in Brock to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated.    If you are interested in helping with the cats, donating money to cover expenses, or adopting a healthy vaccinated cat, please contact Mindy at 402-890-8287 or email editor@unionnebraska.com.
