Nebraska City will take over the Otoe County territory and Nehawka, the Cass County territory. The resolutions of annexation will be considered by the Cass County and Otoe County Commissioners. In this resolution the Nehawka Rural District would maintain the Nehawka, Union and Lake Waconda Stations and receive Union’s trucks and fire apparatus. The Union District’s net worth will be distributed between Nehawka and Nebraska City Fire Districts respective to the size of the territory annexed.
