CORRESPONDENCE – The Clerk received another rejection email from GSA when submitting the appointment letter for SAM.gov Administrator. Clerk will add requested information to the letter and resubmit.

CLERK REPORT – Clerk is working on quarterly filings and end of year payroll activities.

Village Maintenance Report – Heyen reported 1,544,000 gallons of water metered and pumps ran for 265 hours, 100,000 to the lagoons. The lift station meter couldn’t be read due to the weather.  The F550 was struggling to stay running when pushing snow the last time.  Brought it in to Michael’s Garage for an estimate. Mike fixed the idling problem with a new air mass flow sensor and found a transmission problem.  He put in a bid to replace the transmission, but will not be able to wait until next month to get paid.  The Board will have to hold a special meeting once the repairs are done to approve the payments for the sensor replacement and transmission work.

Fire/Rescue Report- Cade put in the order for squad supplies so it can be placed in service. The cost will be approximately $10,000, as discussed, with supplies coming from two vendors.
