February 25th
Annual Meeting & Volunteer Recognition Event
and Chili Cookoff!

Our Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition Event is scheduled for February 25th! The schedule this year will be very similar to last year.

11:00 am Business Meeting

In this portion, we will handle all formal Lofte business, present financial information, vote on new board members, and handle all matters for the minutes of the annual meeting. All are welcome, but note this is the business portion of the event.

12:00 pm Chili Cookoff opens and voting begins

Starting at noon our chili cook-off competitors will be serving chili. All patrons can participate for $10 each, which comes with a cinnamon roll and a bottle of water. At this time everyone can vote for their picks for outstanding performances and crew members of 2023.

1:30 pm Volunteer Appreciation Event & Presentation of Awards

We'll announce the winners (chosen by attendees) of the Outstanding Performance and Crew Awards. Artistic Director, Kevin Colbert, will discuss the 2023 season, look ahead and 2024, and announce what he's considering for 2025. The board will also announce the winners of the 2024 Oustanding Volunteers, Lifetime Achievement Award, and President's Award. Join us for an afternoon of fun and look back at the wonderful season.

This event is free and open to the public and all who would like to attend!
